Northern Future Skills Development (NFSD) is a non-profit organization based in Nunavut that specializes in providing training and support to unemployed and underemployed individuals in the region. The organization recognizes the unique challenges faced by Nunavummiut, including barriers to employment, and aims to address these challenges through targeted training programs.

Our Approach
NFSD's training approach combines both theoretical and practical components. Participants receive in-class instruction covering essential skills and knowledge relevant to their desired employment fields.
